Fire’home’ Philly Steak Sub
Flat Iron Steaks
Sliced:Mushrooms, Onions, Green Bell Peppers
Provolone Cheese
Sub Bun
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Slice steak in 1/2 x 1/2 strips and sear in a pan on HIGH heat. Add 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine and add sliced onions, mushrooms and bell peppers to cook down. Toast Sub Bun very lightly and coat lightly on each side with mayo. Lay Provolone Cheese down one side of bun and cover with Steak and veggie mixture. Drizzle with mustard and put top side of bun on so that the heat is trapped and the cheese melts. Cut in half and enjoy! It’s Just like Firehouse, but at home! Save your $12
