GiGi’s Chili

What you will need:

1 lb Hamburger

1/2 Green Pepper Chopped

1/2 Red Pepper Chopped

Chopped Whole Onion

Minced Garlic (As much as you prefer)

Chopped Celery (about as much as you have onion)

Can of Black beans

2 cans of chili seasoned pinto beans

Large can of diced tomatoes

Small can of tomato sauce

Salt & Pepper & Chili Seasoning

I chop everything pretty chunky and just throw it in and let it simmer! It doesn’t take long and you have a wonderful meal.  Astaire loves this, it is probably her favorite meal.  I just season it to taste– everyone likes it different.  Also, I typically divide it in half and freeze half since there are only 3 of us, and that way we get two meals out of it and nothing goes to waste.
