Gourmet Grilled Cheese

What you will need:

Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 Loaf Focaccia Bread

Cut bread into approximately 3-4 squares, depending on how big you want your sandwiches to be. Slice squares in half (like to make two pieces of bread). Layer in Cheddar and Feta onto bottom half, and put on top half. Then cut sandwich diagonally into triangles. Heat Non Stick Pan to Medium heat. Place Sandwiches into pan and grill for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Cheese should be melted, but bread should not burn. No butter or oil is required

I recommend serving this with Homemade Sweet Potato Fries and a glass of Sweet Tea.
