Jenny’s Peirogi Casserole

**pictured here I substituted lasagna noodles for bow tie, and added French’s Crunchy onion things on top.

Thanks to my friend Jenny for this great recipe that is super cheap to make!

Russet Potatoes

Velveeta Cheese

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Milk

Butter

1 Onion

Bow Tie Noodles

Boil Bow Tie Noodles.  Chop and Saute Onion in butter.  Peel, Cut up & Boil Potatoes.  When they are finished add butter, large chunk of velveeta cheese and some milk.  Mash potatoes with mixer.

In a 9×13 pan put a layer of cooked bow tie noodles.  Add in a layer of Mashed Potatoes.  Add in Sauteed Onion. Add another layer of Bow Tie Noodles. Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.

Jenny suggested serving this with some Kielbasa…I can’t wait to try it that way!
